Evolution Lacrosse Academy seeks to provide the best environment and opportunities for our players, fostering a love of lacrosse and helping players grow into dynamic and creative athletes who hold the potential of playing college lacrosse.   

As part of Evolution's Club Program, players interested in competing at the college level are encouraged to work with Coach Sarah Lawshe, Director of Girls Lacrosse, as they would a high school guidance counselor. Evolution works with players to identify potential programs compatible with their academic and athletic performance.

Coach Sarah has coached college lacrosse since 2017 and has served as Girls Club Director since 2021, giving her a unique insight into both sides of the recruiting process.  Evolution Girls Club athletes interested in competing at the college level have the advantage of working with Coach Sarah, who knows exactly what college coaches are looking for in terms of communication, content and timelines.
