Small-sided game play is highly recommended by U.S. Lacrosse. This model of fewer players on a smaller field creates a fast-moving game with opportunities for lots of ball handling, which is essential for player growth and development.

EVOLUTION

Evolution Lacrosse will kick off 2020 with a Saturday Skills clinic for girls grades 3-8 . The clinic will combine age-appropriate training with game play and lots of ball touches. We will meet for 9 consecutive weeks at the Sports Domain Academy in Clifton.  An excellent opportunity to develop and prepare for spring season.
